The Pehr Brahe Center for Industrial and Services ICT is a cooperative center specialised in the research and development of information technology and wireless communication. PBOL background organisations are the Oulu University of Applied Sciences, the Oulu University, and the City of Raahe. PBOL also cooperates closely with VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland in projects. The special strengths of each cooperation party are utilised in research projects. PBOL offers research and development services to companies that develop software products or apply enhanced software technologies.
